Community Associations Institute (CAI)-New Hampshire is the local chapter of a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent and harmonious community associations. For more than 10 years, CAI-NH has been the leader in New Hampshire in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals that support them. Our members include community association volunteer leaders (homeowners, Board members), professional managers, community management firms and other professionals and companies that provide products and services to associations.

CONDO LIVING EXPO - NOVEMBER 13, 2008
(Crowne Plaza Hotel, Nashua)
What you can expect on November 13th is the opportunity to visit and chat with exhibitors that specialize in condo related services (legal, insurance, restoration, engineering and much more). Join us at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (2 Somerset Parkway, Nashua) from 4pm to 6pm. Admission: FREE if pre-register by November 1, 2008; $5 members/$10 non-members.
The expo does not end at 6pm! Stay for cocktails (cash bar), dinner and a lively guest speaker, Steven Marcus, Esq. (Marcus, Emmer Ericco and Brooks). Attorney Marcus will be speaking on communication and the community association. He will delve into such topics as handling angry owners, managing public relations crises, prepare effective reports, responding to complaints, conducting effective meetings and more. (CMCA credit approved.) Pre-registration is required by November 1st. Cost: $55 member/$65 per non-member and includes buffet dinner and guest speaker lecture.
