Community Associations Institute (CAI)-New Hampshire is the local chapter of a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent and harmonious community associations. For more than 10 years, CAI-NH has been the leader in New Hampshire in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals that support them. Our members include community association volunteer leaders (homeowners, Board members), professional managers, community management firms and other professionals and companies that provide products and services to associations.

This seminar will delve into the often murky world of ethics and being a Condominium Association Director. As a Condo Director, there are many challenges that are faced that by-laws do not clearly provide guidance.

This seminar will address the many issues and concerns surrounding insurance coverage.
