Community Associations Institute (CAI)-New Hampshire is the local chapter of a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent and harmonious community associations.  For more than 10 years, CAI-NH has been the leader in New Hampshire in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals that support them.  Our members include community association volunteer leaders (homeowners, Board members), professional managers, community management firms and other professionals and companies that provide products and services to associations.

The chapter relies heavily on sending important communications via email.  This is not only green (saves printing postcards or special mailings), it allows the chapter to provide up-to-date information and communication to our members.  If you have not provided your email when submitting your membership application to our National office, please do so on the chapter level.  WE DO NOT SELL OUR EMAIL LIST!!!

August 19, 2010: Almost Free Legal Advice: "Deed Restrictions"

Cost: $45 member/$65 non-member  

This seminar will develop participants awareness of amending associations documents, the pros and cons and what is best for your community.  Attendees will discuss how good provisions in the governing documents provide a strong foundation for building community.  Speakers: Jeff Robinson (Evergreen Management) and Gary Braun, Esq. (Winer and Bennett)

September 16, 2010: Assembling the Professional Team

Cost: $45 member/$65 non-member 

This seminar will address the skills and attributes your community association needs in professional members of its leadership team - in order to strengthen leadership efforts to build community.  Develop interview questions for candidates for various professional team members that will get at skills and attributes your community association needs for each position.  

ALL SEMINARS WILL HAVE ALTERNATE DATES IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER.
