ABOUT CAI-NH
Community Associations Institute (CAI)-New Hampshire is the local chapter of a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent and harmonious community associations. For more than 10 years, CAI-NH has been the leader in New Hampshire in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals that support them. Our members include community association volunteer leaders (homeowners, Board members), professional managers, community management firms and other professionals and companies that provide products and services to associations.

The chapter is excited and pleased to be announcing its 2009 Board of Directors:

Ed Michalosky - Past-President
Nancy Tewksbury, Idena Ortiz, CMCA,AMS, Chris Snow, Len Theran, Jeffrey Robinson, CMCA, Kenneth Sheppard, Nancy White and Richard Grant. The 2009 Executive Committee will be announced in January 2009.
Please welcome Kenneth Sheppard (Foxfire Management-Concord, NH) as the newest member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Sheppard brings extensive experience in property management of associations in New Hampshire as well as being actively involved with the chapter. Also, thank you to Don Laliberte (Norwood Property Management-Bedford, NH) for his time and supprt of the chapter during his two terms serving on the Board. Over the past six years, Mr. Lalinerte chaired the Manager's Committee and organized great seminars for Managers.
