Meet our CAI-NH Board of Directors

An 11-member CAI-NH Board of Directors consisting of volunteer leaders elected to serve 3-year terms determines the policies of the New Hampshire chapter and actively pursues the purposes and objectives of the chapter as defined by its strategic plan and mission statement from our National office.

Chris Snow (2012 President)
Chris continues to serve on the Board of Directors of CAI-NH Chapter and is looking forward to serving as President of the Chapter this coming year. Chris is also a past President of CAI-NH and has been involved in the Chapter since 1992. Chris is a Principal owner of The Bernier and Snow Insurance Agency, whose specialty is Condominium Insurance.

Jeffrey Robinson, CMCA, AMS (Past President)
Jeff works as an Association Manager with Evergreen Management, Inc and works out of their Bedford, NH office; his portfolio currently consist of approximately 1,000 residential and commercial condominium Units. Jeff has been working with Condominium Associations for over 10 years and has seen the operation of Condominium Associations from several different view points, from Maintenance Tech, to outside contractor, to Association Manager. Jeff is a strong believer in continued education for all involved with Condominium Associations. Jeff holds the CMCA and AMS designations from CAI and is currently working to
obtain further designations.

Gary Daddario, Esq. (Secretary and 2013 President-Elect)
Attorney Daddario is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire and is a Partner with the firm of Perkins & Anctil, P.C. in Westford, MA. Aside from serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors of CAI New Hampshire, he serves on CAI National’s Amicus Brief Committee and Co-Chairman of the Attorneys Committee of CAI New England. Attorney Daddario practices exclusively condominium law and, in 2011, he received the honor of induction into CAI National’s College of Community Association Lawyers.

Cassandra Vorisek-Creto (Chapter Executive Director - Staff)

Prior to coming to CAI-NH, Cassandra had spent over 12 years in banking managing trusts and settling estates as well as being the owner of her own business. She also has served on the Board of Directors for a local charity in the Nashua area serving as its Treasurer for five of the six-years on its Board.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and communications and studied economics on the graduate level.
I have lived in a condominium development for almost 14 years and have been on the board almost that entire time. I have been on the Highland Woods Board of Directors since 1998 and have served as President Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer (current office). And also maintain the associations website atwww.kingochowdah.com/highland.  I have ran my own business for several years so understand finances, budgets, planning, and everything else it takes to run an association effectively. 

 CAI-NH Board Member Spotlight

Alyce M. Hill (New England Condominum Publication and Expo)
Alyce played a critical role in the creation of the New Hampshire chapter of CAI.  She served as the chapter's Executive Director and publisher of the chapter's magazine, Community News, for many years.  She brings not only a great knowledge of association issues to the Board, but an extensive understanding of CAI.  Ms. Hill worked with both the New England and Connecticut chapters of CAI as well as attending many of the National conferences.  She even served as a member of the chapter's Board at one time as well as being active in its many committees - including the golf and expo committees.  Alyce brings an enthusiasm for association issues and trends to the chapter.  Her dedication to CAI and the New Hampshire chapter is unfaltering.  Her return as a member of the Board will provide the chapter with a great source of expertise and energy.
