Chapter Annual Banquet and Mini-Expo

Due to the unforgettable October Snow Storm that hit our region, the chapter's annual banquet/mini-expo was rescheduled for March 2012.  This is exciting for the chapter as we have not held this event in the Spring in over 10+ years.  There is no better way to prepare for the coming year than to attend this event.  It is perfect for the unit owner wishing to know more, the Association Board member desiring to do the best for his/her community and the professional property manager needing to obtain current information of relevant topics.

The focus of the event is finances and will delve into the many aspects of association finances including how to protect assocation assets to updates on the current and pending Priority Lien bills for the State of New Hampshire.  The speakers are experts in thier respective fields and will enrich and enlighten the attendees on the many topics.

As in the past, we encourage attendees to ask questions of the speakers and to visit the many great exhibitors.  This is a wonderful opportunity to reach out and speak directly with representatives who offer services to associations.  Obtain information or simply speak with the various representatives.  They are more than happy to assist you in any way possible.

For a complete listing of the exhibitors, speakers and topics as well as cost and location, simply click on the 2012 Annual Expo icon on the left-hand side of the screen.

Don't miss this opportunity!  Register today!
