 CAI-New Hampshire is dedicated to offering quality educational seminars.  The seminars are open to members and non-members alike.  Topics cover a variety of issues, concerns and mattes pertaining to community associations with special emphasis on New Hampshire related issues.

In addition to the various education seminars, the chapter offers The Essentials of Community Association Volunteer Leadership Workshops.  This program is a full day event that provides both property managers and self-managed associations a crash course on association management.
